TRANSIT DECLARATIONS T1, T2

Transit declaration Т1 – it is a document that is both a transit declaration and a financial guarantee. The T1 transit declaration provides for the transit transport of goods of non-EU origin from the customs point of arrival in the EU to the EU internal customs office or the EU exit border. The amount of the financial guarantee is determined by the amount of customs payments for goods (duties, taxes).

Goods of European origin are filed transit declaration Т2.

The following documents are required to make a T1 declaration:

  • International Bill of Lading CMR / Bill of Lading / Railway Bill of Lading;
  • invoice / invoices for the batch of goods / proforma invoice;
  • specification, packing list, etc. documents (if there is insufficient information in the transport and commercial documents to make a declaration).

Mandatory information for T1 filing:

  • the customs post where the customs transit is opened;
  • the customs post where the customs transit is completed;
  • TAX number of the consignee of the goods (if the consignee is located in Turkey).

PHYTOSANITARY DECLARATION CHED-PP, CHED-D

CHED-РP (Common Health Entry Document for Plants and Plant Products) is a phytosanitary entry declaration for plants and plant products.

CHED-D (Common Health Entry Document for consignments of food and feed of non-animal origin) – is a phytosanitary entry declaration for goods related to food and feed of non-animal origin.

CHED-PP and CHED-D declarations are issued for the import or transit from third countries into the European Union of goods of plant origin and goods related to food and feed of non-animal origin subject to mandatory phytosanitary border control. Each document is assigned an individual CHED number. The service is subject to mandatory phytosanitary entry duty (certificate).

The following documents are required for the CHED-PP and CHED-D declarations:

  • International Bill of Lading CMR / Bill of Lading / Railway Bill of Lading;
  • invoice / invoices for the batch of goods / proforma invoice;
  • phytosanitary certificate of origin issued in the country of origin;
  • specification, packing list, etc. documents (if there is insufficient information in the transport and commercial documents to make a declaration).

Mandatory information for filing CHED-PP and CHED-D:

  • the customs post where the customs transit is opened;
  • the customs post where the customs transit is completed.

VETERINARY ENTRY DECLARATION CHED-R, CHED-A

CHED-P (Common Health Entry Document for consignments of products of animal origin, germinal products and animal by-products) – is a veterinary entry declaration for the category of animal products, germ products and animal by-products not consumed by humans.

CHED-A (Common Health Entry Document for consignments of animals) – is a veterinary entry declaration for animals.

CHED-P and CHED-A declarations are issued for the import or transit from third countries into the European Union of goods of animal origin, germ products and animal by-products that are not consumed by humans, as well as animals. These categories of goods are subject to mandatory veterinary border control in the EU. The service is subject to a mandatory entry veterinary fee (certificate).

The following documents are required for the CHED-P and CHED-A declarations:

  • International Bill of Lading CMR / Bill of Lading / Railway Bill of Lading;
  • invoice / invoices for the batch of goods / proforma invoice;
  • veterinary certificate of origin issued in the country of origin;
  • specification, packing list, etc. documents (if there is insufficient information in the transport and commercial documents to make a declaration).

Mandatory information for filing CHED-P and CHED-A:

  • the customs post where the customs transit is opened;
  • the customs post where the customs transit is completed.
