STATISTICAL DECLARATION

Statistical declaration:

• is submitted in the form of an electronic document for the purposes of statistical accounting of shipments (supplies) of goods (currently, these are foreign trade operations conducted between residents of EEU members), for one or more facts of shipments (supplies) of goods;
• is a document of currency control of foreign trade transactions;
• shall be submitted if the total value of shipments (supplies) of goods amounts to the equivalent of EUR 3,000 or more for the reporting calendar month under the foreign trade contract providing for compensatory transfer of goods;
• submitted from the 1st to the 10th day of the month following the reporting month.

If the statistical declaration is not submitted on time or is absent at all, the customs control administrative responsibility for legal entities is inevitable.
